Most candidates go from first chat to offer in under three weeks. We share decisions in writing and we don't ghost.

A 30-minute conversation with a recruiter to understand what you're looking for and tell you about us.

STEP 02

Craft interview

A focused conversation with someone on the team you'd join — code, design, or operating depending on the role.

STEP 03

Take-home or pairing

A scoped, paid take-home — or a live pairing session if you prefer. We respect your time.

STEP 04

Team & values

Meet 2–3 people you'd work with daily, plus a founder. We answer every question you have.

STEP 05

Offer

Offers go out within 48 hours of the final round. We share the band openly and explain how we got there.
